Who can use Owner Link?
Owner Link is for anyone who owns or leases a Honda vehicle and/or has a current lease or financing contract from financial services. If you do not currently own or lease any vehicles, you may also set up an Owner Link web site - simply indicate "Intend to Purchase" or ""Not Applicable" when asked for the date of purchase.

What should I do if I forget my Username or Password?
Below the Username and Password entry boxes on the login page, click the link marked "Forgot your password?" Enter your email address in the field provided and click "Submit". Your Username and Password will be emailed to you.

How do I update or change my personal information?
You can access your personal profile by clicking "My Profile" from any page on your Owner Link web site. You will see a form that is very similar to the one you filled out when you first registered, but it already contains your current profile information.

1.   If you wish to change any of your personal information, you may make changes directly in the appropriate box.
2. When you are finished, click the "Update" button at the bottom of the screen.

How do I change my Password?
To select a new Password at any time:

1.   First, access your personal profile by clicking My Profile from any page on your Owner Link web site.
2. Click on the "Edit" link on the Personal Information section.
3. Enter your current password and the new information in the boxes provided. Your new Password must be at least 6 characters long.
4. When you are finished, click the "Update" button at the bottom of the screen.

How do I add a vehicle to my Owner Link profile?
If you are currently managing one or more vehicles on Owner Link, click the ADD A NEW VEHICLE link, located below the existing vehicle(s) on your "My Vehicles" homepage.

If you are currently using Owner Link for financial services account access only, click the MANAGE YOUR VEHICLE link located near the upper left corner of your "My Finance" homepage.
To add a new vehicle using your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or Hull Identification Number (HIN):
1.   Enter your VIN or HIN in the box provided and click "Submit".
2. Choose your vehicle using the drop-down menus. The page will refresh briefly after each selection.
3. A box is provided for entering your Anti-theft Radio Code (if applicable).
4. Indicate the year you purchased your vehicle by selecting it from the drop-down menu. Select "Intend To Purchase" or "Not Applicable" if you are adding a vehicle you do not own or lease.
5. When you have completed this step, click the "Submit" button located at the bottom of the page.

To add a new vehicle without entering a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or Hull Identification Number (HIN):
1. Click the link marked "Add a vehicle without entering a VIN or HIN."
2. Choose the make, year, model, trim, and color from the corresponding drop-down menus. A box is also provided for entering your Radio Code (if applicable).
3. Indicate the year purchased by selecting it from the drop-down menu, or select "Intend To Purchase" or "Not Applicable" if you are adding a vehicle you do not own or lease.
4. When you have completed this step, click the "Submit" button located at the bottom of the page.

How do I delete a vehicle from my profile?
From your My Vehicles homepage, click the picture of the vehicle you wish to delete. On the next screen, click the "Edit/Delete" link in the main (left-hand) navigation.
1.  On the next page, click "Delete" (located in the gray box).
2.  You will be asked if you are sure you wish to delete this vehicle. Click "Continue."

Why can't I delete a vehicle from my profile?
The vehicle may have been added by another user. If your Owner Link account includes multiple family members, any family member may add a new vehicle to the profile. However, for security reasons, a vehicle may only be deleted by the user who originally added it to the profile.

How do I add a financial services account to my Owner Link profile?
If you are adding an account for the first time
1.  Click the ACCOUNT ACCESS link, located near the upper left corner of your "My Vehicles" homepage.
2.  Enter your financial services account number or lease number. You can find this on your monthly statement.
3.  Enter your Social Security or Tax ID Number. This number is used for identification, and helps us ensure the safety of your personal data. Read our Privacy Policy.
4.  When you have completed this step, click the "Submit" button located at the bottom of the page.
5.  If you are financing or leasing a Honda automobile through financial services: You will be asked if you wish to manage your vehicle on Owner Link. Select Yes or No.
6.  You're finished! Visit the "My Finance" homepage to start using Account Access.
If you already have one or more accounts in your profile
1.  Click the ADD A NEW FINANCE ACCOUNT link, located below the existing account(s) on your "My Finance" homepage.
2.  Enter your financial services account number or lease number. You can find this on your monthly statement.
3.  Enter your Social Security or Tax ID Number. This number is used for identification, and helps us ensure the safety of your personal data. Read our Privacy Policy.
4.  When you have completed this step, click the "Submit" button located at the bottom of the page.
5.  If you are financing or leasing a Honda automobile through financial services: You will be asked if you wish to manage your vehicle on Owner Link. Select Yes or No.
6.  You're finished! Visit the "My Finance" homepage to start managing your new account.

How do I disable online access to my financial services account?
1.  Go to the Account Overview page for your account (you can find this by clicking the "My Finance" tab and then clicking on the account name).
2.  Click the link marked CUSTOMER INFORMATION.
3.  Click DISABLE.
4.  You will be asked if you are sure you wish to remove this account. Click "Continue."

Your 8 or 9-digit financial services account number is located in the upper-right, Account Summary box of your monthly statement.

What happens when I remove a family member from my profile?
When you remove a family member from your profile, that person can no longer view information about your vehicles. However, this family member can still log in to Owner Link to view information about vehicles he or she added to the profile. A removed family member who did not add any vehicles to your profile will be prompted to add a vehicle the next time he or she logs in.

Where can I locate my Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or Hull Identification Number (HIN)?
Every automobile, motorcycle, scooter, and ATV has a unique 15-17 character Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) that contains information about that vehicle. Personal watercraft have a similar unique 15-character hull identification number (HIN).

For help locating your VIN or HIN, choose your vehicle type:

What are the benefits of entering my VIN or HIN?
When you register for Owner Link or add a new vehicle to an existing Owner Link account, you have the option of entering your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or Hull Identification Number (HIN).

Benefits of entering your VIN include:

Quicker registration - our system "decodes" the VIN/HIN to determine your vehicle's year, make model, and color, so you don't have to enter it manually.
Current offers from your dealer, including sales and service specials
Up-to-date recall information for your specific vehicle.
Service reminders from your dealer (auto only).

Entering your VIN or HIN will help you get the most out of Owner Link. But don't worry if you don't have your VIN handy when you register. You can always enter it later by visiting the My Profile area.

What is a Radio Code and where can I find it?
The Radio Code is an access code that allows Anti-theft radios to operate. If your battery is ever disconnected, the radio will be automatically deactivated. It can only be reactivated by entering the Radio Code.

If your Honda came equipped with an Anti-theft radio, you should have an Anti-theft Radio Access Card in your glove compartment. This card contains the access code and the serial number of the radio. If you do not have a card, click on the link to Retrieve your Honda Radio code online.

What is a Navigation Code and where can I find it?
The Anti-theft Navigation Code is an access code that allows the Navigation System to operate. If your battery is ever disconnected, the navigation system will be automatically deactivated. It can only be reactivated by entering the Navigation Code. If your Honda came equipped with a Navigation System, you should have a Navigation Code access card in your glove compartment. This card contains the access code and the serial number of the navigation unit. If you do not have a card, click on link to Retrieve your Honda Navigation Code online.

I requested a new password but I never received it in my email. What should I do?
Your new password was sent to the email address you provided when you registered. If you have changed your address since you first registered, the password may have been sent to an outdated address. If your address has not changed, it may be listed incorrectly in our records. Please contact Customer Service to confirm your email address and reset your password.

You may have mistyped your username, email address or password. If you try again and still don't have any luck, click the "Forgot your username or password?" link to reset you password.

If you are using your email address to log in, please make sure that you are using your ?website email address? that you used to setup your account and not your ?financial services email address? that is used for receiving statements and correspondence.

When you check this box, your username or email address is stored in a cookie on your computer, and is filled in automatically each time you return to our website. You must still enter your password to log in.

  • Someone else is already managing this account online (only the primary owner may access a financial services account through Owner Link)

It's possible your dealer registered you for Owner Link when you purchased your vehicle. Try clicking the "Forgot your username or password?" link to have your username and "new" password emailed to you. If you are still having difficulty, contact Customer Service for assistance. NOTE: Your dealership may have registered you for Owner Link but does not have the ability to register your HFS account.

The technology we use to transmit a day's worth of account updates as a single "batch" is more reliable and more secure than transmitting each update individually.

Why doesn't my online transaction history show my last payment?
It often takes several days to receive and process a payment. Once the payment is reflected in our system, it will appear in your transaction history on the next business day. This will not be the case if you are viewing your online current statement.
