If you have selected the Custom security level, click on the Custom Level button and scroll down to where it says Cookies. "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" should be enabled. Click OK.

5. Click OK.

If you are using Internet Explorer 4.x or AOL 4.0

1. On the top menu bar, click View; then click Internet Options.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Scroll down to the Security section. Under Cookies, select "Always accept cookies".
4. Click OK.

If you are using Netscape Navigator 4.x

1. On the top menu bar, click Edit; then click Preferences.
2. In the framed area on the left (labeled Category), click on Advanced.
3. On the right side, under Cookies, select "Accept all cookies".
4. Click OK.
